Yossi Milo Gallery presetns Dalston Anatomy, an exhibition of color photographs and sculptures by Italian artist Lorenzo Vitturi. The artist will be in attendance.
Dalston Anatomy is a visual document and investigation of the Ridley Road Market in Dalston, London, where the artist resides. This colorful market is known for its variety of goods, with vendors offering theatrical wigs, exotic fruits and vegetables, and a wide array of fabrics from Africa and India. Vitturi recreates the lively, multicultural atmosphere of the market through photographic portraits and still lifes, sculpture and collages made from materials found at Ridley Road.
