Mural size paintings and intimate drawings from nature comprise this exhibition of work by Gaetano LaRoche who has long studied nature and the great paintings of the past. The artist’s work is inspired by his intense observation and reverence for the natural world and the work of the great artists who preceded him. From his study of nature, its light and movement, forms and grace, the artist remembers, recreates, and makes anew spaces seen through the oil on the linen or the ink on the paper.
