This event has ended.

The show will introduce several whimsical mixed media pieces by Roux-Fontaine that have never before been seen at Axelle Soho. French artist Yves Crenn presents a selection of new pieces, including female swimmers, interesting still lifes and sensitive depictions of animals. Patrick Pietropoli offers all new cityscapes and nudes in his signature style. Albert Hadjiganev’s large-scale landscapes verge on abstraction. Xavier Rodes offers intricately detailed and beautifully colored land and seascapes. The exhibition will include several new encaustic pieces, both landscapes and figurative works, from Maltese artist Goxwa. French artist Trimborn will display new large-scale, stunning landscapes in oil on canvas. Trimborn, trained as an architect, categorizes his work as “contemporary impressionism”; by this, he is referencing his unusual approach to ordinary subjects, his emphasis on the ethereal quality of light and his focus on the natural world. The show will also include pieces from legendary naïf painter, Michel Delacroix.
