Salomon Arts Presents Works by Master Italian Architect Aldo Rossi.
Aldo Rossi, (1931-1997) was an Italian Architect who achieved international recognition in four distinct areas; Theory, Drawing, Architecture and Product Design.
Frank Gerard Godlewski, who worked in Rossi's Milan Studio d'Architettura from 1979 through 1987 and curated Rossi's first NY exhibition at the Max Protetch Gallery, will lecture on Aldo Rossi at TriBeCa's Salomon Arts Gallery. He will present Rossi's projects and show a private collection of his historic drawings, photographs by his daughter, Vera Rossi and other important material from this period. Rossi's works to be exhibited - Teatro del Mondo, Teatrino Scientifico, Cimitero di Modena, Porta della Biennale of Venice, Scuola di Broni and more.
