This event has ended.

The third exhibition in this year’s Summer SpaceProgram at FiveMyles presents the work of three artists to the public who have not
previously shown in New York.

Barbara Norman is a professional photographer. She will exhibit her finely crafted black and white prints, as well as a series of painted photographs. These odd images of ordinary objects, cityscapes and strange events, have the allure of the unexplained and the mysterious.

Jimmy Greenfield’s sculpture, a row of small, empty houses, lets the viewer sense the emptiness and the abandonment that will take place, once we have destroying the planet. A serious advocate for the environment, Jimmy Greenfield’s work inevitably conveys the foreboding and uncertainty that is beginning to creep into our lives.

With her Score/Fold series of works on paper Renee Van der Stelt searches for formal and conceptual ways to assimilate drawing into the sculptured form. These are intricate works on paper - folded, cut, scored and drawn. The artist lives and works in Baltimore and is exhibiting this series for the first time in New York.
