Mariano Ferrante presented his first solo exhibition “Persistente conjunto” at ZavaletaLAB Contemporary Art Gallery in 2009 in Buenos Aires. The same year he had another solo show at Centro Cultura Recoleta, exhibited a mural installation at Centro Cultural de España and was granted the Visual Art Subsidy “Creators 2009” by the Fondo Metropolitano de la Cultura, las Artes y las Ciencias.
In 2010 he created a mural installation at Ciudad Cultural Konex, was invited by Redgalería to perform two murals at the Carlos Pellegrini building and participated in the show “RAM” at Fundación PROA — a contemporary art gallery — where he realized his first mural installation from the series “Dynamic Constructions” always in Buenos Aires. Later that year, the British Council asked him to participate in the project “Rivers of the World” in Argentina.
In 2011, Ferrante worked with Redgalería again in a mural performance for the 20th Edition of ArteBa. He was also asked to be part of the exhibition ‘SITE ESPECIFIC dibujo’ at Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, where he presented “Construcción Dinámica nor. 24/11”.
In 2012, Ferrante presented his solo exhibitions “Acción en Movimiento” at ZavaletaLAB Contemporary Art Gallery, “Elementos, Construcción dinámica N 15-12″ at Centro Cultural Borges, and his work has become part of the permanent collection of Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, where he participated in the exhibition “Geometricos hoy” y Nuevas tendencias II, at Museo de Arte Moderno of Buenos Aires. The same year he also performed “Construccion Dinamica N46/12” at Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes.
