Soyeon Shin (b.1983) is a visual artist from Seoul, South Korea. She received her MFA at the Pratt Institute in February 2013, and her BFA at the Seoul National University in 2007. She currently lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. She is recently working with receipts which are collected from her daily life. Receipts become the material to create the imagery of what life is.
