Wynne Greenwood “More Heads”

In two videos titled More Heads and More Heads, Belgrade Greenwood uses sculptural heads as characters, putting them into conversation with each other to explore internalized cultural violence, peace, artificiality and performance. Made out of ceramic, fabric, plaster, paper and found and donated materials, the heads were created in Seattle and Belgrade. Greenwood performs the voice of each character, making the conversation both an internal one, possibly existing within one individual, and a communal one, held between different members of a community.
