“Transmissions” Exhibition

AIRPLANE presents, in collaboration with Linda Dennis in Tokyo, “Transmissions” an international, artist-run exhibition to be held simultaneously in Brooklyn and Tokyo.
AIRPLANE’s Bushwick space and a satellite space in Studio B104 of 3331 Arts Chiyoda, Tokyo will host the exhibition, which will unfold and develop over three days.
In an experimental format, artists in each country will be invited to transmit their work abroad, creating a conduit between the two art spaces and art communities, and to cultivate connection, improvisation and accumulation. Initially, pre-selected work will be transmitted, printed/projected and the exhibition will develop over the course of the weekend. Proposals will be considered up to and during the exhibition.
