This event has ended.

White Box presents the variegated work of twenty graduating MFA students from Mason Gross School of Art, Rutgers University.

Over the course of two years, these eclectic young artists have created ambitious bodies of work, in addition to collaborative projects. The relationships forged and the participatory ethos of the student body makes this particular MFA class unique and inspiring, embodying the spirit of a quintessential supportive, artists community.

With work ranging from painting and sculpture to video and performance, this show presents challenges to multifarious art world trends while trying to maintain a direct dialogue with pressing contemporary art issues.

These students have come together in a group exhibition to celebrate their diversity and embrace the shared educational experience they had at school together.
