The Young Artist Show” features oil paintings from Christina Zhou, a 16 year old from Hunter College High School in New York. The earliest paintings are from ages 7 to 10. The bright colors and expressive forms in these paintings reveal her playful, exuberant spirit. Meanwhile, her more recent figure paintings demonstrate that same energy channeled with greater observational skill. Enjoy the paintings with relaxing melodies from Christina’s Chinese harp solo CD “Harp for Healing.”
