Kodo (Japanese Traditional Incense Ceremony) is a traditional amusement with history dating back to more than 1400 years ago. Kodo expresses its uniqueness by enjoying the scent through both literature and distinctive Japanese ancient culture. Due to its historical background, Kodo has long been closed to the public and is known to be a refined art played by the few chosen people within the upper class society.
