Robert Szot presents 3 Speeches, a showcase of his work in oil paint, as well as his more recent exploration into linocut printmaking. Szot’s understanding of composition transcends medium. Never static, the motion that Szot creates through his layers of varying intensity, color, and form is dynamic and vibrant. Within these compelling works, there are suggestions of abstracted landscapes or corporeal forms.
Robert Szot lives and works in Brooklyn. He has exhibited throughout America and internationally. Szot has shown with The Painting Center and Melody Weir in New York and with the Saatchi Gallery in London. His work can be found in private collections worldwide.
