Dieu Donné is thrilled to announce the 2013 Annual Benefit and Auction honoring Jane Hammond, Mary Sabbatino, Kate Shepherd, and Ursula von Rydingsvard on Monday, October 7th at James Cohan Gallery. These individuals have made vital contributions to the Dieu Donné artistic legacy, and have been strong champions of our mission in their own work. For these reasons we are proud to celebrate them all at our annual benefit this year. The evening will feature live and silent auctions of new artwork on handmade paper by renowned and emerging artists made for this event, as well as a new edition by B. Wurtz and a take-home artist multiple by Zoë Sheehan Saldaña. The auctioneer for the benefit live auction will be Philae Knight, Senior Representative, Private Client Services, PHILLIPS. The preview exhibition will be on view in the Dieu Donné Gallery from September 12th until October 4th, with an opening reception on Thursday, September 12th, from 6:00-8:00 PM.
