My father—a professional photographer—has had the greatest in influence in my decision to pursue photography as a career option. As a child coming of age, I was always surrounded by a host of art and photography books from my father’s vast library, and viewing these types of books sparked my interest in the visual arts. Once my father took notice of this, he slowly introduced me to the craft by teaching me basic fundamentals, such as lighting, composition and developing. It is through his guidance that I developed a profound love and appreciation for photography.
