School of Visual Arts (SVA) presents “Photo Global: New Releases 2013,” an exhibition of work by artists who participated in the 2012-2013 PhotoGlobal program, a one-year residency for emerging photographers from around the world offered by the SVA BFA Photography Department. Participating international photographers include Monique Pelser, Alberto Sinigaglia and Gerardo Vizmanos.
On the lower level of the gallery will be “RE:Renaissance,” an exhibition of work by May Lin Le Goff (BFA 2012 Photography), the recipient of the 2012 Tierney Fellowship in Photography. The Tierney Fellowship in Photography is given annually to a promising BFA Photography candidate at SVA to encourage a new body of photographic work.
