This event has ended.

At the turn of the twentieth century, images of American Indians, cowboys and cavalry, pioneers and prospectors, and animals of the Western plains and mountains were collected eagerly. Through sixty-five bronze sculptures by twenty-eight artists, the exhibition The American West in Bronze, 1850–1925 explores the popularity of statuettes with American Western themes. Artists represented in the exhibition include Solon Hannibal Borglum, James Earle Fraser, Edward Kemeys, Frederic William MacMonnies, Paul Manship, Alexander Phimister Proctor, Frederic Remington, Charles M. Russell, and Charles Shreyvogel among others.
