Michael Mut Gallery and the Love Yourself Project brings you the culmination of a month-long donation project in Tee-Shirts beginning Thursday 12 April. This show features donated t-shirts from volunteers and supporters of the project including: Ben Abraham, Jessica Bauer & Cynthia Kuan, Luiza Cardenito, City Kitty, John Lee, William Conroy Lindsay, Shannon McBride, Shawn McCafferty, Greyegg McKenna, Scott Peehl, Heather Saunders and more. Each contributor has donated a t-shirt they have altered through painting, embroidery or printing techniques.
Michael Mut Gallery welcomes and appreciates any additional t-shirt donations until the end of the Tee-Shirts show on May 19th 2012.
The Tee-Shirts show celebrates the simple comfort of our favorite t-shirt as a symbol of physical and mental comfort in one’s skin. We intend to donate 90% of all proceeds to Housing Works!
