Award winning Belgian lyricist Karine Nguyen explores her musical concepts through the various media of visual art: paintings, photography, sculpture and printmaking. For example, fine artist Sophie Séjourné offers a collection under the title of Nguyen’s song “Their melody”. Each piece asks a question pertaining to the theme and imagery in Nguyen’s work. The show opens with French and English performances from vocalists Erene Mastrangeli and Sindy Bellemare. A limited edition CD of Nguyen’s ‘Lyrical Encounters’ will be made available to the public. Refreshments and wine will be served.
