154 Smart Clothes presents NEW DIRECTIONS, the latest series by artist, Renee Radell and her first solo non-objective series.
NEW DIRECTIONS is the continuation of Radell's examination of the color spectrum. For this artist, the interplay between color and shape represents a lifetime challenge, a key element within the center of her artistic foray. Radell's explorations have proceeded through figurative, landscape, still-life and non- objective shape, now tempered with the spontaneity and harmony of musical influences.
Radell says of the process that resulted in this series: "Yet another adventure, a challenge to explore pure color and its hidden layers, with each variation igniting another, and another, like fireworks going off."
