In a time when silence and anonymity are scare, Rose has maintained an admirable distance from the public eye allowing his work to take even more precedence. His recent series, 3-dimensional sets of thematic "diaries", are ephemeral objects that will exist only in the realm of this exhibition. Upon deinstallation, they will be burned and buried -- a process the artist has employed for most of his artistic career.
