AIA New York's annual Design Awards Program recognizes outstanding architectural design by New York City architects and also honors exemplary work in New York City done by architects from around the globe. The purpose of the awards program is to honor the architects, clients, and consultants who work together to achieve design excellence. Now in its 30th year, the AIANY Design Awards honors exemplary work in four categories: Architecture, Interiors, Urban Design, and Un-built Work.
