Grier has exhibited in solo shows in New York City including at 55 Mercer Street Gallery. This his first one person show in New York in fifteen years. Among other places where his work has been shown in New York are Babcock Galleries, A Sense of Place curated by Bernard Chaet; at K & E Gallery, and at the National Academy of Design. His work was for many years represented by Gallery 100 in Saratoga, NY and was shown at the Lyme Academy of Art in Ten Figurative Artists in New England curated by William Bailey.
