This event has ended.

On Thursday, May 12th, world renowned artist Bugs will be unavailing a new body of work titled " Purity In Motion"
These paintings reflect a mix of different techniques showing images of nudes. Also included will be other subjects close to my heart from my background in France. To complete the show I will exhibit my first bronze sculpture which will be a 3D realization of my paintings on canvas, strongly influenced by cubism with a modern, abstract twist.

Bugs was born in Perpignan, France, an area which has inspired many artists including Maillol and Andre Derain. After attending L'Ecole des Beaux Arts, Bugs decided to take his love of art and tattooing to London where there were chances for a career which were not available in France at the time. In 1986 he opened a small tattoo studio in Camden Town called Evil From The Needle. Slowly Bugs began to develop a style which is unusual in the tattoo industry--a mix of cubism, art deco and classical art--which has distinguished him in the industry. His artwork has been featured in several books including "International Contemporary Masters 2009" and, most recently, "Cranial Visions." Bugs has also been published in many international magazines and was seen on the television show "Tattoo Wars" on The Learning Channel.
