A sculptural environment and table top installation showcase curated by Courtney Tramposh.
Suspended sculpture, small scale sculpture on multi-platform rises and pedestals, wall mounted and tabletop pieces, installation pieces, with a 2 dimensional sculptural floor path to lead you through our installation.
"I invited thirty artists whose work I see linked together materially and conceptually to participate in a tabletop sculpture show. I made a group of surfaces so that all of the works would have a place. When the time comes, all of the works will be placed just so. Some works will move away from the tabletops and onto the walls, floor, and the ceiling, even. Predictably, unforeseen associations will arise. The works will sit together in this configuration for ten days, starting April 1rst, which happens to be April Fool's day. After ten days the show will come down and the pieces will move off again, each following its own trajectory."
