Metropole Remix recreates an imaginary city inspired by the book Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino. The exhibition consist of a mural encompassing the whole first floor of the gallery, canvases, prints, drawings, and three site specific installations. Alê Souto’s metropolis raises issues which are common of any great world city: Loneliness, mobility, social divisions and how technology impacts the urban and human landscape.
