Monya Rowe Gallery presents a group exhibition titled To Tell the Truth, curated by gallery artist Joe Pflieger, featuring Ethan Breckenridge, Zachary Buchner, Alexander Carver, Chris Dorland, Karl Erickson, Andrew Falkowski, Alex Kwartler, Jose Lerma, John Opera, Joe Pflieger and Philip Vanderhyden, Matt Stolle and Danna Vajda. To Tell the Truth includes video, sculpture, painting, installation and photography.
Faint light in room. Unutterably faint. Whence unknown. Stands stock still staring out. Into black vast. Nothing there. Nothing stirring. That he can see. Hear. Dwells thus as if unable to move again. Turns in the end and enough will left to move again. Turns in the end and gropes to where he knows the lamp is standing. Thinks he knows. Was last standing. When last went out.
