Frances Siegel "Mining"
Prince Street Gallery
This event has ended.
Frances Siegel returns to the Prince Street Gallery with a selection of works in diverse media that refer to emotions, visions, dreams, and inner states of being. The theme: “mining”, was inspired by an image she created at age seven in California, where she had a teacher who owned a defunct gold mine. Her painting of what she imagined to be a mine worker is not only a childhood relic, but perhaps a prescient representation of the person she grew into - someone who “works in the dark”.
