“Catherine Borisov, Elizabeth Borisov and Justine Hall have created lush scenes of forests, hills and countrysides – natural worlds undisturbed by human concerns,” said Coley, director of the Art Collective and artist-in-residence of Community Access, a program for people with psychiatric disabilities. “Gail Shamchenko’s larger than life paintings introduce us to the world of theatre – a man-made scenery,” continued Coley. “I asked these four artists to paint what is important to them, with no restrictions or boundaries, and each has captured the beauty of life in her own voice,” concluded Coley.
"4 Women 4 Voices 4 Visions" spotlights works in mediums including oil, acrylic and gouache.
