Nao Asami was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1975. She has been learning Calligraphy since she was a child. She also really likes drawing pictures, in general creating art. After she graduated, she worked for a publishing company for some years, and thanks to many people around her, she started working as an Illustrator. She makes illustrations not only with pens and pigments, but also with crayons. The exhibition at Ouchi Gallery is the first exhibition in foreign country for her. She hopes to make many smiles through the works.
