This event has ended.

This exhibition features a new series of collaged landscapes, a study in scrambled geology and space. Combining images that come from old magazines, stockholders’ reports from oil companies, kid's science books, current magazines and catalogs, as well as some handmade papers, the collages depict our modern landscape showing the devastating effects of our technological advancement. Also on view will be hand-felted wool portraits of oil containers. By using this ancient textile fabrication to create these sculptures, the artist refers to our dependence on fossil fuels and a careless mindset of over-consumption and comfort.
