Anonymous Gallery and Bicycle Film Festival announce the 2010 Joyride Art Show, the annual bicycle-inspired group exhibition that brings together internationally established and emerging artists over a shared passion for the bicycle.

Brendt Barbur, Bicycle Film Festival Founding Director curates "Joyride" every year, this year in association with Anonymous Gallery. The BFF has been creating connections between art and the bike community since the first BFF in 2000 with an art show in the basement of Anthology Film Archives. Joyride has been an evolution of this initial idea to showcase bikes and art together and the creativity of those who ride. The first official Joyride show was in 2005, and was born from the urgency of creating a visual manifestation of one of the most powerful and culturally relevant movements of this decade: the urban bike movement.

"Joyride" travels around the world every year from its starting point in New York, including stops in Los Angeles, Austin, San Francisco, Paris, London and Milan. In each city along the way the show picks up artists from the local art and bike communities, catalyzing each locationʼs unique energy into a visual tribute to bicycles.
