This event has ended.

“My paint surface is built up by the application of many layers that are partially scraped off as soon as they are applied. Through this process of gradual accretion, shapes and marks appear and disappear, much in the same way that nature changes over time. In addition to my pigments, that are often from the earth, I add volcanic ash, sand, and mica to the paint, creating my own language of space and the natural world. I want the overall ambiance of my work to be meditative but have the potential explosive power of the tectonic plates.”
