As a tribute to Women's History Month, Ico Gallery has curated a selection of work by artist, feminist, humanist, educator and author Judy Chicago. We are exhibiting works from her early Feminist work, "Birth Project" and "Powerplay" series, and one of her recent glass sculptures.
In addition to our Judy Chicago exhibition, Ico Gallery is also featuring "Velvet Waltz," which emphasises women's role in history, politics and art. We featuring work by social activist artist Sue Coe, and Jerelle Kraus, the former art director of the NY Times. The exhibition also includes some of the most promising up and coming artists from around the world.
