His new abstract paintings are inspired from his recent travels to Italy and Mexico and are in direct relation to the natural world. He begins his work with small drawn studies and then expands into larger oils on canvas. The work is all about color, form and things that appear to be simple on the surface but which have a much larger and more complex reality.
