Akiko Yada was born in 1970. In 1994, Yada graduated from Kyoto Institute of Technology. She worked in a design office doing editing and production work, also advertising work for an advertisement agency. In addition she became an active painter, an illustrator, and a freelance designer from 2001. A private exhibition was held during 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 displaying her works. Yada also won Asia digital art award in 2001, and 2008. She creates art which produces a reaction, and suggest art should move the viewer. Recently, she tends to render various works of art depicted from nature and the physical beauty of human life. She finishes the work by using Photoshop. ‘The aim is to become a philosopher with the paintbrush.’ says Yada.
