Thirty-one represented and invited artists will exhibit recent paintings at the George Billis Gallery.
The artwork represented in New York Moments presents diverse viewpoints of the urban landscape. From iconic views of urban landmarks to intimate depictions of street corners, the city can become a distant object of admiration or a familiar setting. The mood of these paintings varies by the time of day and weather. These artists’ works represent a spectrum of New York moments as diverse as the city’s inhabitants themselves.
