The first exhibition with the artist’s full range of work: sculpture, installation, video and photography, in addition to her famous paper cut pieces. Mary Ting's Contemporary Cabinet of Curiosities includes one-legged creatures, giant guardian figures, ghosts, and heads spewing snakes. Her creatures populate a magical paradise gone astray, where Asian folklores, fairy tales, mythologies and cultural assumptions are usurped and re-examined.
