This event has ended.

New York curator and photographer Aliya Naumoff has brought together a group of artists working in a range of disciplines from photography to sculpture with one common bond – a love of animals. Twenty-100% of the proceeds will go to benefit the ASPCA to help treat and care for animals in need.

Aliya Naumoff was raised working in her mother's art gallery in Pittsburgh with artists such as Donald Warhola (Warhol's nephew). This experience led her to pursue photography at The University of The Arts in Philadelphia where she won major awards, including the Epson/Mamiya Award. Aliya moved to New York to work as a lighting and camera assistant for David LaChapelle.

Her personal photography has been published in a book entitled "Overkill", with an opening held in New York at The New Museum. She has shot for clients such as Index, Rolling Stone, Interview, Fader, I-D, Levi's, and more. Aliya has now turned her passion for photography and art to curating shows at The Toronto Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, A boutique gallery in Tokyo, and a large “Dark Carnival-themed” show at NYC’s Puck Building for GenArt. She currently lives in New York with Kira, the little black dog with a spinehawk.
