Seher Shah and Zarina Hashmi Artist Conversation
CUE Art Foundation
This event has ended.
New York-based artists, Seher Shah and Zarina Hashmi explore the physical and political notions of space in their work by way of printmaking and drawing. Hashmi and Shah employ a similar stylistic vocabulary; however, both bring a distinctly unique framework to their practices, such as generationally influenced mediations of identity, place and history. Conversation will be moderated by David Lelyveld from William Paterson University. The talk will be followed by a reception sponsored by New Art Dealers Association.
