All forty artists of Madarts make the line up with the salon style exhibition to christen their new permanent gallery in the heart of Park Slope.
For six years running Madarts Studios put on knock-out shows in the giant warehouse of art studios just south of the new gallery digs. The airy new gallery venue at 5th Ave. and 10th St marks a big move forward for the artists' community. Madarts Studios Gallery fills a void in a part of Brooklyn where locals passing by are overjoyed to hear that an art gallery will join the trend of new businesses popping up along 5th Ave. INTRO features painting, photography, video, sculpture, collage, printmaking and installation with work by all of the artists of Madarts.
