Break out your glamour makeup, your up-do, and your flippers (false front teeth veneers, of course) and come celebrate powerHouse photographer Susan Anderson's up-close and intimate look at the extravagant world of child beauty pageants. Barneys' creative director and New York Observer columnist Simon Doonan, who wrote the book's foreword, will join the photographer for a discussion of her vibrant portraits of pageant contestants and this uniquely American subculture.
