A solo exhibition by Dutch artist Berend Strik will be on view at the Tilton Gallery. Strik will present photographs altered with mixed-media and embroidery. These mutations, ranging from spare designs to a Horror vacui, simultaneously underscore and undermine the reality presented in the photographs.
