This event has ended.
Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum presents Rococo: The Continuing Curve, 1730–2008, a groundbreaking exhibition that fully explores rococo style and its continuing revivals up to the present day in multiple fields, including furniture, decorative arts, textiles, prints, and drawings. The exhibition will chart the progress of rococo style as it radiates out from Paris, travels to the French provinces, migrates to other European countries, and later crosses over to the United States.
