We are proud to show work—innovative and sincere—by eight contemporary printmakers. The exhibition is based on this great principle of Aesthetic Realism, stated by Eli Siegel: "All beauty is a making one of opposites, and the making one of opposites is what we are going after in ourselves."
Surface and depth, dark and light, fact and imagination are brought together with subtlety and surprise in every beautiful print. And we can learn about these and other opposites in people, nations, ourselves, through the printmaker's art!
