The Supporting Women Artists Project (SWAP) is pleased to present Side-by-Side, an exhibition featuring the work of seven SWAP artists-in-residence, past and present. SWAP offers free studio space to emerging women artists. In exchange for the studio space, the artists mentor or teach art to girls in New York City. Now in its second year, SWAP currently provides studio space for five artists and art instruction to over 180 girls. Side-by-Side is the first gallery exhibition solely featuring the work of SWAP artists-in-residence.
