Korean calligrapher Han Hankuk is known for his artworks created with the Korean alphabet and the symbolism of peace keeping. Han's extraordinarily large scale ink paintings-- including a large map of the Korean peninsula composed of thousands of letters, taking over five years to complete-- exquisitely combine the Korean alphabet and world maps.
