Estelle Nussbaum is a graduate of the Yale School of Art having earned her MFA (Master of Fine Arts) degree in Painting in 1988. She concentrated her initial efforts on a body of work entitled “Utilitarian Iconography” whose subject matter consisted of “entirely mundane objects of daily life that I chose to heighten and glorify”.
