This event has ended.

Ms. Lee continues her exhaustive exploration into pure geometric abstraction. As in her previous bodies of work, each oil painting has deftly hand-rendered hard-edged bands of colorful concentric patterns. Through a cacophony of vivid color and chaotic compositions, she harmonizes seemingly disparate elements into sanguine images of vitality and verve.

Unlike her previous bodies of work where all the of paintings were untitled, this body of work has titles of, "My Sincere Apology", "A Poet's Dream," or "Forget Me Not". The artist states, "The titles came to me during the creative process of defining color and composition. And, served as a constant reminder through out the developmental process." The titles allude to a personal narrative to otherwise non-objective arrangements. These personal snippets, of the artist's emotional framework, heighten the paintings self-reflective properties by allowing the viewer to compare their own emotive interpretations to those suggested by the painter.
