Mountain Fold is pleased to announce the group exhibition "Artificial World", an exhibit of seven Japanese and American artists whose work touches on ideas of made-up, artificial, or simulated worlds. Through pure ecstatic imagination, distortion, duplication, and simulation, they each evoke a sometimes lucid, sometimes monstrous sub-reality. All diverge at a point between humor and sober reflection. The work ranges from installation, drawing, painting, sculpture and performance.
